Wedding Morning Checklist- Hair Edition

Wedding days can be stressful, but here are some ways to make everything run smoothly in the hair department. Send this list to your bridal party too!

  • Make sure your hair is clean, dry and brushed

  • Wear a robe (or zip up/button up). That way, you won’t have to pull a top over your head and mess up your hair and make up.

  • Have inspiration photos ready. This includes photos of the front and back. Try and find photos of people who look similar to you (Length of hair, thickness, cut style, colour).

  • Make plenty of space for your vendors. I like to have a low back chair (can be a computer chair), a small table for my products and wall sockets to plug in my tools.

  • Don’t put your vendors in a high traffic area like the kitchen. It’s not relaxing, and it’s potentially dangerous with hot tools and cables.

  • Have your accessories ready as soon as you sit in the chair. Some accessories have to be built into the hairstyle (Like Maang Tikka)

  • Have your extensions cut and blended already. If they aren’t, we can do it on the day but this will add time and expense to your wedding morning.
